About The Project

Shattered Core by anodomani is a currently-in-production tabletop role-playing game about vagrants traversing the stars in search of opportunity and adventure. For version 0.06 of the game, I redesigned the original character sheet provided by the game designer and created a “rules reference sheet” for players to refer to during gameplay.

Character Sheet Objectives
  • Present dedicated spaces for players to track character stats such as Narrative Points, Movement Speed, and Skill Advantages/Disadvantages.
  • Provide more space for players to record text-heavy information such as Core/Major/Minor Features than the original character sheet.
  • Express the tone and theme of the game world through typography and stylistic divider elements.
Rules Reference Sheet Objectives
  • Identify and compile information in the game rules that players will need to reference frequently while playing the game.
  • Present that information in a format that’s easy to navigate while still being information-dense.
  • Maintain a style reflective of the game identity and consistent with the revised character sheet design.

The rules provided on this one-page reference sheet originally spanned 10+ pages in the Shattered Core rule book.
